    Family Support Workers
    Family Intervention Team, North Walsham
    £18,907 - £20,736 per annum
    Post a: Full time, permanent (CHN08/1311a)
    Post b: Full time, temporary for 6 months (CHN08/1311b)

    You will have knowledge and experience in working with children, in child protection and an interest in attachment theory. You will be flexible and creative in your work. You will have a recognisable qualification such as HND, NNED, First Degree or NVQ 4.

    You will manage a moderate caseload under the supervision of the team managers to identify, facilitate and carry out assessments with children and their carers. You will also participate and provide support under guidance by a qualified practitioner in contact and other direct work situations.
    We offer challenging and satisfying work supporting children in need as well as addressing concerns raised under S47 of Children Act 1989.

    Staff is at the centre of our efforts to create integrated working and service provision and we provide support through regular supervision and consultations to all our staff.
