OUR CLIENT WITH LOCATIONS ACROSS THE UK IS SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATOR WITH A BIAS TOWARDS IT.
YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO COLLATE, CENTRALISE AND DOCUMENT SOFTWARE LICENSING RECORDS WITHIN THEIR LOWESTOFT OPERATIONS.
PERFORM DUTIES WITHIN THEIR IT HELPDESK, SUCH AS LOGGIN AND TAKING CALLS. OTHER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, RAISING OF PURCHASE ORDERS, ADMINISTRATION OF IT MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS.
THIS IS NO ORDINARY ADMINISTRATION ROLE.
YOU WILL NEED AN APTITUDE FOR IT AND HAVE EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY EXCEL. YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. BE AN EXTREMELY ORGANISED AND EFFICIENT PERSON.
"SPECIALIST" TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN ON HELP DESK SOFTWARE IF REQUIRED.
