We are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant required for a secondary school in the Colchester area. The successful candidate would have Special Needs experience to work with ASD, PMLD, EBD, SLD and MLD pupils, some with extreme behaviour. You will be working with children who need you to motivate and encourage throughout the class. Applications are welcome from candidates with no formal qualifications, however, Special Needs experience is essential. Suitable candidates will be subject to enhanced CRB check, identity checks and professional references.
