Job Description
My client is currently looking for a Clinical Manager (RGN) for a medium sized registered nursing home / care home in South West Suffolk. This home provides nursing & social care for frail elderly. The home is part of a leading healthcare provider so the potential for promotion to home management is excellent for the right candidate.As part of a team your role will include:Manage the home in the absence of the general manager.Act as clinical lead within the home.Manage all registered nurses and implement training / induction programs for all care staff.Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the home.Perform quality management and audits in the home.Work with the general manager in improving the quality rating from CQCFollow up enquiries on private beds both dementia and nursingThe Candidate:RGN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home.Have a valid NMC Pin Number Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checksMust have experience at supervisory level within a nursing home.Understanding the NMC code of conductExcellent clinical skills and supervisory experience.Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalSenior nurses will be considered for this role.Salary: £30,000 based on 40hrs/week If your experience matches please forward your CV immediatelyWhite Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
