Job Description

A major Broker has a new opportunity for an Account Handler to work in one of their most successful and rapidly growing Divisions.

The role primarily is to service mid market clients needs on property insurance and associated risks. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and handle their needs from start to finish.

Some of the key Accountabilities for this role will be:

• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with Clients at all stages of the process to maximise service levels.
• Provide renewal documentation and amendments to cover ensuring that the appropriate systems are updated and maintained.
• Provide up to date information for client reports in agreed format on a timely basis.
• Produce Market Reform Contracts, cover summaries and policy documentation.
• Service existing transactional business directly with clients or in association with the Account Executive.
• Liaise with Clients, Associates, Insurers and others where appropriate to respond to client queries.
• Ensure compliance with local procedures and external compliance regulations.

Skills and experience required:

• Preferably a Property or Commercial background, ideally as an Account Handler.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
