| Our client is looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their Property Team working either in Cambridge or Norwich. You will probably be between 2 - 5 years PQE. The team deals with both contentious and non-contentious construction-related work. They act for funders advising in relation to development/project funding; for developers when putting in place contracts for development; and for consultants and contractors advising on the terms of contracts. We act for a large number of funders including a number of banks. The value of development funding with which the team has been involved during the past year is approaching £100 million. On contentious matters, they act for the majority of large local contractors (some national) and the majority of large local sub-contractors and advise clients on all types of dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
