Developing, servicing, maintaining and delivering strategic plans, optimising income and profit by identifying new opportunities in the market and building and enhancing relationships.
Optimising income and profit from partners by understanding their business plans and taking appropriate action to capitalise on this.
Preparation, design, implementation and review of an agreed development plans.
Plan, forecast and set the operational targets with the Senior Management Team to achieve the strategic development plan in conjunction.
Review progress of initiatives against plan and take action as appropriate.
